'The Glitch in the Wardrobe' was an immersive, environmentally focussed outdoor show using augmented reality. Alongside my partner, Jess Sanders, we were commissioned to create Emergency Exit Arts first AR production. We approached the project using a co-creation model - initially researching and developing the narrative and characters through workshops with local primary children which centred around imagining new futures and worlds with a focus on the environment, play and collectivism. As producer and creative director on a small-scale performance I assisted and supported all areas of production- eg. supporting design and making of costumes/props, sourcing materials/props and printed materials, contracting makers/designers/actors, managing budget/paying invoices, storyboarding narrative/world building, play testing, and workshops.
