'ARTIVISM' involved bringing together a group of young people 16-24yrs to find out what issues they care about, and offering a platform for their ideas to be expressed; through creating artwork seen on a big scale to create change. In the past year, I commissioned and collaborated with four working artists matched with four groups of young people to produce two billboard designs installed at the Business Design Centre, Angel, and two zine publications. Issues explored in the art include: systemic racism, gentrification, class, mental health and climate justice.
